CHARGES

The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping depends on the total order value.

**Free shipping is offered to only customers in India above a total prepaid order value of ₹ 450. (Eligible for items on sale/discounts)

** Standard Shipping Charges Rs 50 will be charged on prepaid orders, unless it qualifies for Free Shipping.

**Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.

***PLEASE PROVIDE CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS. NO CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS, PINCODE AND PHONE NUMBER CAN BE MADE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. If a customer provides incorrect shipping details he will be charged 99/- for reshipping.

DELIVERY

Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.

A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

TIME FRAME

Domestic Shipping:  Standard delivery time for any domestic order, i.e. orders within India, is 7- 10 working days, depending on the location, unless otherwise specified for any particular product.

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.
